We put so much into getting there and them over and done with- weeks of revising and panicking and anxiety and then when they're over, everyone expects you t be elated but it can just feel like a huge anti-climax. Suddenly the adrenaline has disappeared and you are left with all this time and space in your head that it's hard to know how to fill.Are you still getting help for your mental health? it sundos as though your depression is slowly getting deeper- what with this sense of hopelessness and not knowing what to do. i wonder if you could talk to your doctor about this and see if there is any extra support available, especially to get through this hard time? Is there anything specific that has helped in the past that you could employ now?I know how scary it can be waiting for resuilts- esecially when they determine what you may or may not be able to do next year, but do try and remember that even if you did fail it wouldn't be the end of the world. there are other things you can do. there are other courses, you could travel, you could volunteer abroad or you could get a different job. These things may not seem ideal at the moment but you never know what they could open up for you in the long term. I know its cliche but it really is true- as one door closes, another door opens.As for the stuff with men- it sundos like you are maybe angry and possibly a little self destructive. i think you know that using them will make you feel bad about yourself, but I wonder if that's partly what you want, or at least feel you deserve right now. I would urge you not to act on that- it will give you more to deal with in the long run.I don't know if I've really been of any help but please know that you are not alone and this will pass.
